A registered or unregistered company or Business can create online office/store and advertise their products or services on Amog Online platform by downloading Amog Online Vendor’s app or Service Provider’s app as the case may be, sign up and start selling for free. You can also download Amog Online Shopping app to sign up as a vendor or service provider, but will be redirected to select and download the appropriate app that apply to your kind of business (Vendor’s app or Service Provider’s app). As a vendor or service provider, you can also sign up using our website https://amogonline.com and later download the appropriate app that suit your business to login and start advertising your products or services ii. Sign up with your personal details and verify your personal or company mobile number. Then you will be directed to the next page/form where you will be requested to enter your business details/info, and upload your personal photograph from your device photo gallery or take it on the spot, and also upload your Company/Business display photo or photo image (photo ID) which you must have already taken and have ready on your mobile device photo gallery or can be taken on the spot, upload and then submit iii. A minimum of thirty seconds to one minute prove of business or business introduction video shot must be taken in your business environment and uploaded it to prove the existence and genuineness of your business/company. Note that this will also convince your potential buyer (customer) to trust your business and also help you to sell more iv. In the next page appeared, fill in your correct bank details (your details security is guaranteed) where you want all your financial transaction on Amog Online to go, and then submit by clicking on Sign Up button below the page. Then a congratulatory message will display for a successful completion of signing up process v. Finally, when your Amog Online Office/Store request is approved by our moderator, after checking, reviewing and vetting the information submitted to ensure it’s in compliance with our rules, you will receive a message confirming the approval. Then you can now login into your account to start selling in our secured Major Market by clicking on; My Products menu icon in case of a Vendor, or My Services menu icon in case of a Service Provider and start posting your products or services for free. You can also sell on Open Market which is for general if you wish to

i. Login into your account with your login credentials from vendor’s app or service provider’s app as the case may be ii. Click on My Products icon in case of a vendor or My Services icon in case of a service provider and then click on the yellow (+) circled button (sell button) in the next/subsequent screen/page iii. Upload your product or service image/photo, prove of business video, product/service name, price, size, availability, delivery status, timing, delivery charges, estimated delivery time as the case may be, then select appropriate category and sub-category, detail descriptions of your product/service and then click on Add product to post item. After your ad has been reviewed by our moderator and confirmed that all your information, images and videos are in order and in line with our rules, your ad will be published and will go live immediately, and a notification message will be sent to you. But if your ad failed to meet up our compliance guidelines, you will receive a message from us informing you the area you need to correct or adjust and then resubmit for approval iv. If you offer pay on delivery, then put ON the pay on delivery button. In case of a vendor, select estimated delivery time if you offer delivery service, delivery service charge, and put ON the product availability button etc.

i. First and foremost, an individual seller is someone who owns neither registered nor unregistered Company but hassomething to sell (used or unused). This intending seller should download Amog Online Shopping app from App Storeor Google Playii. Click on Create Account and select customer/shopper option in account type and fill in the required information andthen verify your mobile number. After mobile number verification click on EXPLORE from subsequent screen to gointo your account or login using your mobile number and your passwordiii. At the homepage click on Visit Open Market and then click on Sell On Open Market in the opened page, and in thesubsequent screen, click on the yellow (+) circled button (Sell Button) below the page, upload your item/product photo,write product name, price, select appropriate category and then write detail description of your product/item or serviceand click on Add Product button on the screen/page to post your product for freeiv. After your ad has been reviewed by our moderator and confirmed that all your information and images posted are incompliance with our rules and regulation, your ad will be approved and published, and then go live immediately. Anotification message will be sent to you once your ad goes live. But if your ad failed to meet up our compliance, you willreceive a message from us informing you the area you need to correct and adjust before you resubmit again for approvalv. You can promote your advert by purchasing any of our premium services for high visibility and to arrest buyer’sattention for quick selling

i. Download Amog Online Shopping App from App Store or Google Play, or you can also go to our website https://amogonline.com and click on sign up, select appropriate account option and then fill up the displayed form to open an account two second, verify your mobile number and then login into your account, select any category that relates to the product or service you wish to buy from Products Categories or Service Categories or search for the product/service name or company name or category you want to buy from using our search tool/medium ii. You can drop the item you wish to buy in Wish-list, or in the Cart and check out later or buy it instantly by clicking on Buy Now option and then select your choice of payment method and then choose Delivery or Self Pickup, and make payment to complete your transaction. But in case you are buying from Open Market where you can’t make online payment, ensure you agree with the seller to meet in a safe, secure and open location before transacting with the seller. Always avoid to meet a seller in the dark, don’t make upfront payment, and ensure you apply see & buy transaction method/system About Premium Services Premium Services are designed tools for independent brands, vendors and service providers, and it also work for sellers in general to help promote their goods and services for a quick selling option, and to create high visibility for their businesses and companies to potential buyers. As a Vendor, Service Provider or an independent brand, login into your account and then click on Subscription icon at the bottom (lower part) of your account homepage, you will be directed to the premium services options screen, then read each individual plan details, select duration and then click on subscribe to make payment through the subsequent screen.

First and foremost, note that your premium service last for either one month, three months, six months or one year, apart from advert booster (Ad Booster) which lasts for one week. You can manually renew your premium service as soon as you receive a message reminding or notifying you of your expiring date or time have left by clicking on a premium service of your choice and make payment. Better still, you can set your premium service on auto renewal from settings. If your premium service is set on auto renewal status, you don’t need to take any action again, your premium service renewal will trigger automatically on the due date

i. Advert Booster has a lot of advantages which cannot be overemphasized! If you Add Booster to your already purchased premium service, your advert will appear in some screens where other premium services without Booster will never surface on the platform. ii. When advert Booster is added to your already purchased premium service, your products, services, company or business (advert) will always be at the top of others, which gives more visibility to your advert and attract more sales and patronage. Iii. Note that Advert Booster (Ad Booster) cannot be used without a premium service already purchased, except in free advert only.

The limitation in posting adverts on Amog Online platform depends on your chosen premium service. For example; you can post both product details video and images/photos on Free Ad. Furthermore, Basic Ad, Standard Ad, Classic Ad and Exclusive Ad have their different individual numbers of photos and videos that can be posted on them, but only Priority Ad allows unlimited post. So, once you reach post limit of your chosen premium service, you can’t post anymore unless you go for higher premium service.

If you notice or see something that seems to be no right or illegal, or you were abused by a company or individual seller or shopper, please quickly notify us by making official complaint. To make a report/complaint, login into your account, click on Report Abuse/illegal Activity from Settings, and then enter your email, phone number, subject and details of your complaints and submit. We promise to address it as earlier as possible and get back to you. You can also call any of the numbers displayed on our website (www.amogonline.com)

Access Amog Online platform through your account (login) not through Guest User. Then click on any product or search for the Company by name, then scroll up to view and click on View Profile to get to the seller’s business page to view contact details including email, chatting, messaging and phone number. Furthermore, in some other screens, you may need to click on “Visit Us” in case of a vendor’s page, or “Visit/Book” in case of a Service Provider’s page, But in case of a seller’s contact details in Open Market, click on Call or Chat icon to contact the seller OR go through their profile

i. Give each and every advert a clear and understandable title or name, followed by detail description of your item, product or service without falsification ii. Take a good and clear photos of every product or photo illustration in case of intangible service or clear photos of a tangible asset without watermark iii. Take a clear photograph (preferably landscape "rectangular shape") of the most beautiful and neat part of your company or store (e.g. front elevation or where your products are well packaged/arranged) without your neighbours' store/office image or contact information appears. As this will serve as a representation of your company (company photo id). As we may decline to approve your advert if this is not well presented iv. Make a maximum of one to five minutes video of your company beautiful area, with you talking and convincing your potential customers (the length of the video depends on the premium service purchased). Note that this video will also serve as a prove of your business existence, and will convince your potential customers/clients to have more trust in your business. Add other videos where you're talking more about the benefits and details of your products or services if your chosen premium service permits or gives that opportunity v. Select appropriate category and sub-category, add reasonable price with real market value, add size if required, add estimated delivery date and charges if you offer the service etc. vi. No Company, Business or Individual is allowed to have two accounts in one app, but can have three accounts in the three apps (one each) with different company name or same company name. If we discovered double registration in a single platform (in one app or the website), all accounts belong to the said violator will be permanently removed from our platform vii. No illegal or government banned/prohibited products or services (e.g. drug, firearms, weapons, stolen properties, armed forces restricted items, pirated properties, any form of illegal financial trading, pyramid scheme or networking etc) are allowed to be transacting, posting or advertising on Amog Online platform. Any discovery of this will be seriously dealt with, and we may have no option than to result in legal battle with the dealer or provider (the violator) viii. Your advert/post will be declined if it contains any kind/form of link(s) or website address (url), social media handles etc, except independent brands only ix. It’s prohibited to post two different items/products together in a single post or display two items/products together in a video, especially at the end of a product/item slides video, except the items/products) are of the same version but only different colour. E.g. two shirts of the same type but different colours are allowed

This might be caused for several reasons as analysed below: i. You have posted a photo or video consisting your neighbour's store or company’s image or contact details ii. Your product photos/images or video contain nudity, watermark, hate or abusive message or prohibited product/item or service iii. No prove of business existence or justification for your product/service price iv. Your ad was posted in a wrong category or sub-category v. Your post contains link(s), social media handles or website address (url) vi. You posted products/items of different types together in a post or video. E.g. car & tv OR clothe & furniture etc v. You have posted illegal or government prohibited item or service. Please check our Advertisement Guidelines & Posting Rules explained above vi. If your post is rejected, no worries! Make necessary correction: edit, remove, adjust as the case may be and then resubmit for approval

Sign in into your account, click on your display photo (DP) to get you to the menu list. In the menu list click on My Orders or My Bookings (Order History), and when the screen/page opens, click on Delivered/Completed tab, and then select and click on the item image/service you purchased from the company you wish to comment on, review or rate. You can now rate the company by clicking on the rating STARS and give your feedback or write your review about the company, the product or the service, and also rate by clicking on the STARS.

i. In major market, only a business recognised as a registered company or unregistered business can advertise and sell here, and customers buy from them through online payment system ii. This market is called major/secured market because all registered companies advertised here were verified as a duly registered company in Nigeria through Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) iii. This market is safe and secured because customers receive whatever they buy from vendors in good condition before the money paid is released to the seller (vendor or service provider) iv. Potential buyers can also verify the authenticity of every company that carries our verified badge by clicking on their registered company (RC number) number we displayed in yellow colour on their individual Company’s photo ID page (display page) or on their company business page, and this will direct you to CAC website where you can type in the company’s name to verify the authenticity of their registration with Corporate Affairs Commission. v. More importantly, the unregistered business that sells here are less secured, because their full identity could not be verified or ascertain by us, and that’s why they could not carry our verified mark identity. However, your money is safe if only you make payment through our online payment medium for goods or services you purchased from them, because we are not going to release the fund to the seller until you receive the item or service purchased from them in good and satisfactory condition

Voluntary Investment Partner (VIP) is an investment program in which partner decides to invest in e-commerce and logistics section of Amog Online. When you put down your resources for Amog Online Company to take up the business on your behalf through choice of investment (Upfront Interest Payment or Compound Interest Payment), it simply means that you have set up an online business which will be generating income for you without requiring your participation whatsoever in the business operation, but you earn your profit on monthly basis or interest at once upfront, depends on your choice of investment. Once you purchased any of our premium services as a vendor, you are entitled to free delivery for your sold items nationally (depends on the states we cover logistically at the time), whereas you can charge your customers (buyers) any amount you wish for delivery, while the charges goes into you pocket 100%. ii. Apart from this quick and timely free delivery advantage, once our delivery agent picks up your item to be delivered in good condition, you receive your payment processing ASAP without any further delay of waiting for customer to receive and confirm the item before releasing your money. The reason for immediate payment processing benefit you enjoy is because we are standing in the gap for you, and if anything goes wrong, we are making refund to the customer immediately to save you and ours names (images). iii. Unlike free ad subscriber in Major Market who pays standard charges of 15.5% payment processing fee before enjoying free delivery service on any item sold online, premium service subscriber enjoys cheap payment processing fee which is as low as 5.5% depends on subscription plan iv. Premium service subscriber also enjoy customer’s trust due to the fact that they are aware of being in safe hand when they buy and pay online, because Amog Online is responsible for the safety of their money and also responsible for the delivery of goods they purchased

i. Login into your account on Amog Online Shopping App to book for an appointment or service of a company ii. Click on Service Categories icon from the lower part (bottom) of your homepage (home screen) iii. Select the relevant category and sub-category and then choose the company of your choice or search for the company you which to make the booking from by name or by clicking on Visit/Book (yellow button) iv. Select your choice of service from the provider’s service list and click on Book Now button (yellow button) v. Select date, time slot and then click on Next to confirm your booking vi. Choose a payment method of your choice from the list of our payment methods if the service provider requested for a pre-paid service, but if not you can select Pay On Delivery option vii. Click on Confirm Booking button to complete your booking process viii. In subsequent screen/page, you can view your booking history. E.g. your upcoming booking and completed booking. You can also view or share your booking e-Receipt by clicking on Receipt. You can also view your booked appointment from your account by clicking on your display photo (DP) from your home page to access menu list, and then click on My Bookings from menu list

To view your order(s), login into your account on Amog Online Shopping App, click on your display photo at the top left hand corner from your homepage to access the menu list. From menu list, click on My Orders to view your pending order(s) or completed orders

i. Sign in into your account, and then click on your display photo (DP) at the top left hand corner to get you to the menu list ii. In the menu list click on the Settings, and in the next page/screen scroll up and click on Rate The App iii. You can now rate our app by clicking on the stars and give your feedback, write your review and unbiased comment about our app.

Login into your account, click on your display photo from top left hand corner on your homepage to give you access to the menu list. In the menu list displayed, click on Settings, and then click on Manage Addresses to Remove, Edit or Add New Address.

There are many ways in which you can make payment on Amog Online platform: Card Payment, Bank Transfer and you can also make payment using your Amog Online virtual wallet (e-Wallet) balance or through wallet to wallet transfer

To add a new bank card details to your account, click on your display photo to be directed to the menu list, click on Settings and then click on Payment Methods and click on Add New Card, and then enter your card details and click on Save to save the card details for your future usage

E-wallet is a virtual wallet/account you have in Amog Online platform. You can use your e-Wallet account to do financial transaction on Amog Online platform. You can use money in your e-Wallet account to purchase anything on the platform, you can also use your e-Wallet to transfer money to another Amog Online e-Wallet holder, and you can also transfer money from your e-Wallet to your bank accounts

To fund your e-Wallet, login into your account, click on E-wallet icon, then click on Add Money, and enter the amount you wish to add into your wallet and select one of displayed payment options/methods and click on Proceed To Add

Yes you can. All you need to do after you have logged in into your account is to click on e-Wallet icon at the lower right hand corner of your home-screen, and then click on transfer money, enter recipient mobile number attached to his/her account on Amog Online platform, then your intending transfer amount and click on proceed, then select Use My e-Wallet and complete your transaction by clicking on Send Money

i. A Trade Partner, also known as Affiliate Marketer or Sales Representative is a close or distance individual or a dependent contractor willing and agreed to take up a sales task/job on behalf of an independent vendor for mutual benefits. ii. A Trade Partner is neither stockpiling nor taking inventory of goods or products he/she sells. What an intending trade partner needs is just to sign up for an account on our platform, join MBI (Mutual Benefits Investment) and look for a vendor or importer who sells or engages in business of his/her area of interest and then click on “Become a Trade Partner” button from the vendor’s business page to send request. Once the request is accepted/granted by the vendor, all products/items that the vendor sells will be downloaded automatically to the partner’s page iii. When customer buys from a trade partner, buying request will automatically en-route to the principal vendor who accept the request on availability of the item, package and ship it directly to the buyer, while the trade partner receives his/her commission in his/her wallet immediately the payment is made by the buyer. iv. Furthermore, whenever a trade partner invite/introduce people (vendor/service provider or individual) and they signed up, he/she (the trade partner) will automatically get commission based on his/her investment in MBI v. Based on the system of this program, trade partner is entitled to buy goods on credit and pay by instalments for six month, but the credit limit is 70% of his/her investment amount on MBI scheme.

Earning menu in Vendor’s and Service Provider’s app is where account holder (business/company) can view their weekly, monthly or yearly financial performance. It is graphically designed chart that illustrate how a business is performing financially on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

Mutual Benefits Investment (MBI) is a program where smart investor create streams of income with ease.
